This game gets people with ADHD who get stuck, distracted or overwhelmed to let a card decide what happens next
Sometimes just handing over the decision to someone else, or someone else telling us what to do really helps so we made a whole pack of cards to do just that. Designed for the wonderful ADHD minds (by an ADHD mind) it's not tips, just prompts (or even permission slips) to let your glorious brain work in different ways, reward it with a bit of dopamine and help to reduce the cognitive load that comes with all the decisions in life. Cards are grouped into 7 themes so you can pull the card you need, when you need it;
Start - for when just beginning is the biggest battle
Decide - handing over the decision making to a card
Dopamine - give boring tasks a reward or make them more interesting
Switch - move out of tasks or patterns that you’ve become stuck in
Reset - interrupting the overwhelm and resetting
Side Quest - permission to follow a side quest with no guilt
Defuse - to help with conflict and relationships
