Getting Lost is a real business staffed by real people! We make and send our games from Auckland, NZ. There’s me (Cat – owner & inventor), my husband James, my sister Jo (who handles all our Operations), cousin Alice (who works with all our retailers), plus an army of local teenagers (including our own kids) who help us make our games.

It sucks when you can't get in touch with someone at a company when you need to. Every e-mail that comes through is read by a real person and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Occasionally they may go to spam or if we're really busy it may take me a few days to get back to you.
