I purchased the wellness pack for myself a while ago and told my psychologist about it. She was so interested that I bought a pack for her to use as a therapeutic tool. She was so happy with them and then sat for a couple minutes before admitting she couldn't decide which office to keep them in. I would not be surprised if she buys a second pack just to have them at hand when needed. I also recommended the wellness pack to a friend in Canada who is struggling to get out of the house. As much as I love the idea of having a big adventure there is no rule (no enforceable rule) that says on days you want to try you can't just pick and do 1 card then go home. It is ok to work up to adventures, any step is a step and that's what matters. When getting your mental health back on track the idea of "Just go do something" which is generally the advice given can be completely overwhelming. A stack of cards designed to help you connect, that's simple, 1 card, 1 act, 1 step, 1 thing you didn't do yesterday. If you are struggling to get out in the world I strongly recommend the Wellness Pack.
